Metro Detroit – Action sports entertainment company, AGA Nation (www.aganation.com), and Placid Wake Park agreed to a year long promotional partnership that will include new video productions, social media promotions and event support between the two action sports groups.
Placid Wake Park, which is located at 8180 Placid Waters Drive, Allendale, Michigan is the only place in Michigan to offer both a cable system and private boat lake in one location making wakeboarding easy to learn for beginners and the perfect environment for advanced riders to progress.

Among the planned video productions with AGA Nation includes Placid Wake Park riders showcased in the popular ‘Recovery’ series in which action sports athletes share their past injury experiences and how they have recovered to get ‘back in the game’. AGA Nation’s Official Sports Medicine & Orthopedics provider, Spectrum Health Medical Group’s Sports Medicine team is the exclusive sponsor of ‘Recovery’.
Past ‘Recovery’ webi-sodes have included Pro Wake boarder, Mike Dowdy, Pro Snowboarder, Kyle Mack as well as top amateur skateboarders, Jon Depoian, Autteish Danger and Christiana Smith.
