Metro Detroit – Action sports entertainment company, Adrenaline Games Alliance (AGA), celebrates a U.S. Congress recognized holiday entitled, National Go Skateboarding Day, Monday, June 21st. The AGA along with five (5) premier Metro Detroit skateboard parks and retailers, will celebrate one the nation’s fastest growing sports. Pro Skateboarder, Garold Vallie owner of Prpl Hrt Skateboarders and host of Underground Vallie Radio will be on hand as well.
Through a special proclamation from the United States Congress, the United States Government officially recognizes June 21 as ‘Go Skateboarding Day’. The seventh annual ‘Go Skateboarding Day’ has grown through the efforts of athletes, skateboard retailers, manufacturers and skateboarders around the world.
Metro Detroit Go Skate Day hosts and sites for Monday, June 21st, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

“We are entering our third season of supporting and hosting action sports events” said Vallie, AGA partner, and former competitor on the X Games event circuit, “our goal is to provide new events for Midwest BMX, skate & wake boarders to showcase their skills and compete for the next level.”
In addition to National Go Skateboard day, Midwest shredders can compete all summer for points, cash, and 2010 AGA Cup championship, through its popular AGA Summer Skate Park Series.

Skate, BMXers’ can also compete for FREE, courtesy of Taco Bell locations in Michigan. Normal $10 AGA competition entry fee is waived with athlete purchase of Taco Bell combo meal #1-9. The Adrenaline Games Alliance is a Michigan based sports entertainment firm creating original events as well as supporting premier action sports organizations, competitions and action sports athletes. ‘The Alliance’ seeks to enhance future development for athletes as well as emerging musical artists by hosting new events in venues of all sizes.
