| Kurt Luttermoser | (Managing Partner), oversees the AGA’s business operations.For the past 17 years Kurt has worked in the sports entertainment industry, including a front office member of Palace Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) and the 2004 NBA World Champions, Detroit Pistons. Kurt’s direct responsibilities involved securing revenue for PS&E properties, including the Pistons, WNBA’s Detroit Shock, DTE Energy Music Theatre, The Palace of Auburn Hills, and Meadow Brook Music Festival. Prior to his Palace stay, Kurt served as Team President for the NBA Development League in Huntsville, AL.The 1992 University of Michigan graduate in communications began his professional career as a sports writer and columnist. The Elk Rapids, Mich., native then moved to Central Florida in the spring of 1994 where he served as the Detroit Tigers’ Sales/Media Relations Director and Director of Florida Operations for the organization’s spring training and minor league operations in Lakeland (1998-1999). Kurt resides in Brighton, Michigan with his wife Dawn and son, Tommy.

| Mr. Greger serves as Outside Counsel for the AGA and specializes in the area of trademark law and unfair competition. His practice is concentrated on trademark prosecution, both domestic and international, rendering registrability and use clearance opinions, as well as managing litigation matters. Mr. Greger’s experience includes assisting clients in trademark Oppositions and Cancellations with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Greger is a member of INTA with longstanding international contacts supporting his international trademark practice.
Mr. Greger has significant lead counsel experience in U.S. Federal Court actions for trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition as well as employment law. Mr. Greger has favorably settled scores of disputed trademark matters and obtained trademark injunctions in unsettled matters. Mr. Greger graduated from the New York State University at Oneonta (B.A., psychology), and the Franklin Pierce Law Center (J.D. 1997). Mr. Greger has served as an adjunct professor of law at the Franklin Pierce Law Center teaching U.S. Trademark Inter Partes Practice. Mr. Greger was admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1997. |

| Garold Vallie | Vallie a blue-collar professional skateboarder who, in addition to traveling the country as a pro skater, also is a AGA partner, owns and operates a skateboard company, Prpl Hrt Skateboards, and an artist, and a musician.Once ranked as a top 10 amateur skateboarder in the world, Vallie has competed internationally since turning pro, participating in many of the most widely recognized competitions, including the annual Tampa Pro street contest, the Slam City Jam (Vancouver, Canada), the Dew Action Sports Tour, the Vans Triple crown, the Vans Warped Tour, and the Mobile skate park series. Garold resides in Southgate, Michigan with his wife Lori and son, Tyler. |
| Rob Croll | Rob Croll has spent the last 15 years in the sports marketing industry. Prior to joining the AGA Croll was Director of Sales for CBS Sports Marketing Detroit. In this capacity Croll oversaw media sales for the Detroit Tigers, Red Wings and Lions. Managing a 5 million dollar sales budget and sales staff. In 2008 Croll and his staff set a 10-year sales record for Tigers with a 20% increase from the prior year.Prior to joining CBS Sports Marketing Croll served as Director of Sales for the Michigan Sports Network for 6 years. The Michigan Sports Network was the media sales arm for the University of Michigan Athletic Department. During this time the Michigan Sports Network saw over 200% sales growth. From 1999 – 2001 Croll was Vice President of Client Development for Host Communications. In this capacity Croll managed and sold NCAA corporate partnerships to Fortune 100 companies. Croll’s primary focus was General Motors marketing and advertising relationship with the NCAA and college athletics.Croll started his career in professional baseball working for the Los Angles Dodgers and New York Mets in varying management, sales and marketing capacities Croll has a BA from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN and an MS in Sports Administration from Ohio University in Athens, OH. |
| Mike Ford | Mike has been working in the sports world for the past 7 years. His career began as an intern in the marketing department with Palace Sports & Entertainment and from there, he ascended the corporate ladder from Intern to an Account Executive for the Detroit Pistons, Detroit Shock, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival during his tenure there. Armed with marketing, sponsorship sales and account management experience, he has partnered with Kurt to oversee the AGA’s Marketing efforts. He also currently owns and operates a Sports Marketing company, Increase Sports.He currently resides in Royal Oak and completed his undergraduate coursework, majoring in Human Resources, at Michigan State University. He went on to earn a Masters in Sports Administration from Wayne State University. The career path was one that not only included his tenure with Palace Sports & Entertainment, but as a General Manager for a Jimmy John’s franchise, a Compliance Assistant in the Oakland University Athletics Department and the Ultimate Hoops Director at Lifetime Fitness. |
| Eric Antoon | Eric Antoon came on board with the AGA in the fall of 2008. Through his company MR2 Productions, Eric handles all of AGA’s graphics, web design, and video production. Eric has been in the entertainment industry for over 17 years. In the beginning, he was a DJ for a variety of events. Eventually his involvement led to a management and sales position overseeing operations for a prominent banquet facility in Baton Rouge, LA. Eric has been directly involved with more than 1600 events. In 2001 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Journalism he began his career in the television / multimedia industry helping manage production at a local television station. In late 2002 MR2 Productions was created completing works in all realms of multimedia design and production. In 2007 Eric teamed up with Garold Vallie for production of Underground Vallie, which directly led to his involvement with the AGA. MR2’s internet specialist, Steven Piper, assists on all production and also handles all Flash and html development. Eric resides in Baton Rouge, LA with his son Jon Philip. |
